Direct seller’s beauty sales keep rolling along

Kim Cavarretta of St Louis, MO, apparently knows how to drive cosmetic sales. That’s why she’s also now behind the wheel of her new pink 2011 Cadillac SRX, which she was awarded for having achieved Mary Kay’s “Cadillac Level” sales award. It’s her 13th Cadillac since she started as a salesperson with the Mary Kay company in 1982 (she’s also earned two other cars from the beauty company). Cavarretta is now an executive sales director with Mary Kay Cosmetics. The luxury car was awarded to Cavarretta after she reached about $33,000 a month in retail sales, along with her sales unit of more than 200 members. In addition to all the cars, her impressive sales figures have also led to a multitude of vacations and lavish gifts offered by the direct seller as bonuses.
